Morning, bloggers! Man, did I
get messed up last night...Talk about drinking liberally?!? I was at some party
with free condoms and TONS of booze. I danced with this woman who, I swear to
God, looked like Chuck Todd in a miniskirt! Whatever, man, I was into it! I
might have to ease off the hootch for a bit today, cuz it’s gonna be some
serious craziness on the floor tonight. What’s Bill gonna say?!?! Hillary
already some good stuff, but Bill is going to say more stuff, and it could be
good. The things that he says will be things about the Party and how they need
to stop messin’ arounf with Obama. Let’s gEt serious, people!
My hotel room is so nasty!
Also, the wireless connection here sucks, so if I only update once every 8
minutes or so, its not my fault!!!!!!!! I tried to ask the guy at the front
desk about it and he was like “um, DUH, what’s an internet?!?!?” HAHAHA!
Seriously, dudes, this hotel sucks. I wouldn’t wish this room on Dick Cheney
(BOOOOOOOOOO!).
I’m gonna go down and check
the continental breakfast sitch. There’s a weird stain on my sweatpants. Stay
tunes!

realization: the stain on my pants is from when Spike Lee bumped in to me last
night and I spilled this weird Kahlua drink all over myself and some super cute

finally made it the Big TeNT. Remember what I said about takin’ it easy on the
firewater today? No such luck – FREE beer in the big tent started at 1 PM,
ya’all!!! Geez. How am I supposed to say no to that??!?!
K, but lets get down to some
serious work. Tonight promises to be a burn-burner. One weird thing: there’s an
“invocation” around 4 PM or so by some Greek priest or some garbage. Umm…HELLO?!?!
Hey, I’m Church. Nice to meet you, State – shouldn’t we be a little further
apart?!?! hahahahHHahaha!!
No, but then things really
get going. Bill Clinton, John Kerry (um, HELlo Barack, coulda been VP, dummy!)
– also Bill Richardson, Joe Biden. Tons of goos sutff happenin’ tonight.

said my credentials didn’t alow me accesss to this place I wanted to go, but I

Convention Commentary-I think Lionel has it wrong
John Kerry slammed McCain last night. It was an aggressive speech about all of the positions McCain has taken and flip-flopped on. It was the aggression he should have shown 4 years ago when he was swift-boated.
Joe Biden stated for 5 minutes all of the votes and stances that McCain had taken that have proved to be wrong.
I think Lionel is too busy sitting at home signing copies of his books and not paying attention to what is being said.

Lionel,
I know this is old news but I needed to vent after mulling it over. Given that Mr. Phelps has ADHD, learning and perhaps, family problems; you should not have gone there in regard to his public speaking. As a special needs teacher of 25 years who gets it and, personally, have struggled to overcome my own processing problems, I think his acxcomplishments were a great thing. I was a huge Spitz fan, and as a young Jewish boy, Sandy Koufax and Mark Spitz were wonderful role models for me. In fact, my late wife had bought me a Mark Spitz commerative watch in 1996, when Fossil produced an Olympic line. Lionel, you're the best; I respect you and know you're a stream of consciousness guy. Keep up the great work, but think about your witty, cutting comments when it come to kids who have overcome great disabilities. Mr. Phelps has been able to use his skills to create greatness. Note: Read a little about Dr. Mel Levine.

I must say, Lionel, based on the previous comments of today's post by Derm, you have many sad, sad listeners of your show. I mean, really, what the hell are these people talking about? Psychologically, I struggle in providing any rational interpretation of bloggers' posts. From the extremely poor grammar to the numerous misspelled words, I usually reply with "WTF?!" Keep it up, my friend, you definitely bring out the best in your listeners. I'm not even sure if I understand this post.
