The whole idea of carbon
The whole idea of carbon trading has always seemed suspect to me. When conservatives derided it, I looked it up. On the surface it looked okay, but it has a loophole a mile wide. It seems like a convenient way to continue polluting at the expense of those who actually try to stop polluting.
